Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

When a seller sell a food to a customer. 90% of the product price is paid to the seller. 5% of the product price is paid to the upline of the seller. 5% of the product price is paid to foodper company.
We have 4 payment method options for customers to make payment. For (cash on delivery) and (ewallet) payment methods, customers pay money directly to sellers. But for (bank transfer) and (paypal transfer) payment methods, customers pay money to Foodper company. Then Foodper company add credits into sellers' ewallet. Then sellers withdraw out the cash from ewallet.

Why customers cannot pay directly to sellers by paypal / bank transfer payment method? It is because paypal not support payment to multiple sellers in a single transaction. For example when a customers buy food from 10 sellers, the customer's shopping cart has 10 difference sellers' product, when he click "Checkout" button to make payment, the payment will need to split transfer to 10 difference sellers' paypal account. Paypal is not support payment to multiple sellers in single transaction.

Furthermore, paypal charge fee 3% + $1 per transaction, so if the customer transfer fund to 10 sellers' paypal account, total paypal charge fee (3% + $1) + (3% + $1) + (3% + $1) + (3% + $1) + (3% + $1) + (3% + $1).... so the fee $1 x 10 transactions = $10 fee. To avoid paypal fee x 10 transactions, we transfer total price to paypal account of foodper company, so paypal fee is only $1 x 1 transaction = $1 fee only.
